I made this cake for my dad's 51st birthday. I decided to honor the St. Patrick's Day part by making a multi-layered cake with different shades of green. I used butter cream frostin
g to frost it and then piped a green shamrock on top. I also placed green shamrock sprinkles around the bottom. In honor of his lo
ve of the Chiefs, beer, and popcorn I molded a little version of him out of gum paste and fondant to stick on top. Everyone got a kick out of it!
