Pie Crust



2 cups flour
1 cup shortening
1 tsp salt
7-10 tbsp water

Mix ingredients together. Divide dough in half. Roll each out but do not work dough too much. Fit one crust into the bottom of a pie pan. Place pie filling on top. Cover the filling with the second layer. Decorate however you want. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes.
